• If a generic business card is given that does NOT have the person’s full first name, last name, and title, these MUST be written on the back of the business card. They must be spelled correctly
• If you are told to make an appointment to see a branch employee, make the appointment and reach out to your scheduler for further instruction.

• Visit the Schwab Bank branch posing as someone looking for a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC).
• You will NOT actually obtain a loan; you are just gathering information.
• Your own personal information will not be used. A profile of information is provided in the guidelines.
