IMPORTANT: Evaluators in UNITED STATES, CANADA, INDONESIA, PUERTO RICO, VIRGIN ISLANDS (BRITISH), VIRGIN ISLANDS (US), UNITED STATES MINOR OUTLYING ISLANDS, AND THAILAND. Fees for services performed and reimbursement for previously approved/included expenses will be processed by our payment process provider, Tipalti by the 18th of the following month in which projects were successfully submitted. You will receive an invitation to register with Tipalti once you have an assignment due for payment.

Dear Evaluator,

We are looking for evaluators flying with Delta to conduct assignments! For this shop type, you NEED TO CURENTLY HAVE a Delta AmEx credit card.
Please Note: Pilots and Flight attendants are ineligible for these shops.

Timing:

Evaluation must be performed on the day of your Delta flight.

Scenario:

• Need to be flying by Delta.
• Currently have an active Delta SkyMiles AmEx or Delta Business SkyMiles AmEx credit card.
• You will need to be departing from the scheduled airport at the start of your travels for this shop date.
• Approach the counter, planning to check a bag and interact with an associate at baggage check.
• Evaluators must check a bag and monitor if the agent discusses options to upgrade your current AmEx card and/or how to get free checked bags in the future.
Refer to the Client Objectives provided if scheduled, for examples of things to say to initiate the conversation.

Evaluator should NOT fill out a credit card application. This is an inquiry only.

If you do multiple evaluations, note that you cannot shop the same agent more than once every 90 days. (*If you encounter the same agent from a previously completed shop, alert the Resource Manager and we will remove the shop from your schedule.

You will be reimbursed for the cost to check your bag. Receipts are required for reimbursement.

You must be a US Resident.

Proof of Visit:

• Baggage check receipt.

Payment of Your Evaluation:

• Refer to the listed shop fees.
• Reimbursed for the traditional cost of one checked bag (50lbs or less).
